Booking Conditions – Payments
At the time of booking, guests must pay 50% of the amount and the remainder 15 days before the check-in.
Failure to comply with this condition forfeits the reservation as well as the amount already paid.
In case of no-show or cancellation, guests lose the right to the amounts already paid.

People are not allowed in the accommodation who are not at the reservation / Check-in. In the event of any non-conformity, we have the right to cancel the reservation without the right to any compensation.

All (including babies, children) guests are required to present identification (Citizen card or passport)

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace (outside)
