Aromas Flavors Tours – Apartment Velásquez is a space recently requalified to receive tourists.

After 6 months of a careful and conscious requalification, we present you the ideal house for your memorable stay in Oporto. It is a pleasure for us to share the house with you! We hope you feel comfortable and would be able to relax, enjoy and, maybe, even to work…

An ideal apartment for families or groups of friends, placed outside the bustling area of the city, where quietness and tranquility prevail.

RESERVATIONS

At the time of booking, guests must pay 40% of the total amount of the reservation.

The remaining amount will be paid at the time of check-in.

In case of cancellation or non-attendance, the guest will lose the amount paid at the time of booking.

Maximum age – no age limit

Provide children’s ages

• All guests (adults, children, babies) upon check-in must present their ID and or passport.

Pets – not allowed.

Wi-Fi – Free and available throughout the apartment.

Check-in and check-out times

• Check-in from 16:00 to 00:00 (Flexible)
• Check-out from 08:00 to 11:00 (Flexible)

Collection of the keys

Additional fees and charges

Security deposit

• The Guests are required to pay a security deposit of € 250 (cash) – at check-in moment, being refunded at the time of the check-out, after checking the entire apartment
• Destination fee of € 2 / night – not included in the price.

RULES TO BE FULFILLED

At the check-in moment it will be provided the host’s manual and rules of the house, however, we remember the most important:

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and / or garden

Pets are not allowed

No parties / events allowed

The rest period is between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Respect for neighbors and inhabitants of the building

PRICES

• Prices on request (fluctuate according to high season and low season)
• Children up to 2 years old – free of charge
• Children from 3 to 10 years old – 10 euros
