Aromas Flavors Tours has established another successful partnership and, this time, with sport! In this way, we want to offer our guests the experience of contacting with the sea and/or river, so that they can enjoy all the provided sensations.

Barrinha Surf School is the school we chose to promote this sport in the following places:

Surf lessons will be taught by coaches recognized by the Portuguese Surfing Federation on the beach of Esmoriz, Silvade and/or Paramos. These are beaches in which Barrinha Surf School has the concession and authorization for the legal practice by the Coast Guard.

Stand Up Paddle (SUP) will be taught at Barrinha in Esmoriz and at Ilha dos Amores (Rio Douro).

Every Saturday, we will send you the weekly surf schedule via email. Booking must be made, preferably, 24 hours in advance to guarantee the placement.

Regarding Stand Up Paddle (SUP) tours in Barrinha or Ilha dos Amores, they must always be booked 48 hours in advance.

We are always extremely careful when analyzing the feasibility of the practice/teaching of classes or tours. If we find any condition that implies that the experience will not be special for our guests, the class will not be held.

We do not play with lives!

Conditions and Prices

Surf Class – 25€ (no minimum number of registrations)

SUP tour in Barrinha – 25€ (minimum 2 participants)

SUP tour in Ilha dos Amores (Douro) – 35€  (minimum 4 participants)

Transfer from Accommodation / Esmoriz (round trip) – 10€

Obs. The prices include material for practice and sports insurance.
